Nationalism vs Rewilding

I always found it amusing in a rather dark light that when one sacrifices oneself for a country, which is an unecessary specific form of government, that person is considered very honorable. Yet if someone is willing to even risk shortening their lifespan for a more natural, wild lifestyle, that person is considered mentally unstable or a number of things that are intended to be insulting, such as an “ecofreak” or “dirty hippie.” We physically cannot exist without our planet. We actually need a healthy Earth in order to survive. We do not need any specific country. Government? Maybe. Heirarchy? Maybe. But no existing country in and of itself is necessary. Guidance and companionship is more accurately necessary. Besides, many wars are unjust themselves. For example, dying for oil is, in the end, like dying for suicide. Redundant.
